KMM is licenced for the KMM server install so the below information will need to be obtained from the machine where the "Kelton Meter Manager - Server" is installed.
Option 1 – Command Prompt
Launch Command Prompt on your machine - click on your Start Menu, type cmd in the search box and press enter.
The window should appear as the below.
Type in or copy and paste "ipconfig /all" and click on Enter. Please note that there is a space between the command ipconfig and the switch of /all.
The MAC address data will then be displayed below, please copy and paste this into a text document and attach this to the existing support ticket.
Option 2 – Control Panel
Click on your Start Menu, type "Control Panel" in the search box and press enter.
In the top bar (highlighted in blue below), paste in the following path and click enter:
Control Panel\Network and Internet\Network and Sharing Center
Alternatively, you can manually navigate to this location following the path above.
The screen will below then appear, see number annotations.
1. Click on the connections link for either your active Wi-Fi or Ethernet connection.
2. Click on Details.
3. Make a note of the Physical Address and attach this to the existing support ticket.
